THE FIRST STEP

Begin by contacting pink livingroom press and requesting a complimentary consultation. You may arrange your consultation by emailing or by calling 802.999.7342. Consultations are held over the telephone or in person, depending upon your location. We will do whatever makes it easier for you.

The goal of the consultation is to understand your wedding theme, colors, style, budget and time frame. We will take all the worry out of planning your Invitations.

STEP TWO

Choose one of the Invitation sets as pictured in the Invitation Gallery, or pick and choose elements from different groups and put them together to fit your vision. You may customize your Invitation by choosing the enclosure, envelope, embellishments, colors, photograph, lettering style, wording or paper. An Invitation can even be made from a photograph you already have, or you can commission a new photograph of a subject of your choosing. We can work with any request. There is an additional, non-refundable fee required for all commissioned photographs.

STEP THREE

Once you have made your decisions, you will receive a price quote within three business days.

STEP FOUR

You will receive an Invitation Agreement to sign and return to pink livingroom press along with a 50% deposit. You will be asked to finalize the wording for your Invitation.

STEP FIVE

Within two weeks you will be given a preliminary sample to approve. You will be asked to review the design, color, dates, spelling and punctuation. Before the final printing begins, you will be asked to sign a Sample Approval contract. Once approvals have been made, your Invitation will go to the printers. You will be asked to pay the balance due at this point.

STEP SIX

Your Invitations will be ready within 30 days. Delivery time may be shorter, depending on the design you have selected. In most cases, we will ship the Invitations via UPS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that there may be a time when an Invitation order must be cancelled. If an order is cancelled before the Invitation has gone to the printers, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged, in addition to any costs that have been incurred.

Orders go to the printers within 24 hours of your approval. We are unable to cancel an order once it has gone to the printers, therefore the remaining balance must be paid in full.
